Formed in faith.
Built for brotherhood.
This ministry is a place for young men to ask real questions, grow in virtue, and hold each other accountable — in prayer, in friendship, and in the everyday work of becoming who God made them to be.

Addressing the crisis among young men with prayer, discipline, and brotherhood.
This ministry exists to help young men at St. Peter St. Joan of Arc grow into virtuous, faithful, courageous men — through Scripture, the sacraments, honest conversation, and real friendship.
Our goal is to form brotherhood based on the common bonds of our Catholic faith. We seek to unite like-minded men who have a desire to grow in mind, body, and spirit.
We meet monthly, not weekly — because we understand the demands already on a man’s schedule. Our aim isn’t to pull you away from home and work, but to give you the tools and community to bring back into them. As this ministry grows, it may take on more — but it will always be in service of your life, not a distraction from it.

Before you come, you probably want to know…
I already don’t have enough time — why add one more thing?
We’re not trying to be a distraction from your already-busy life. Young men are facing a real crisis of community, especially in the Church, and this is a small, deliberate commitment aimed at building a cohort of virtuous, prayerful, disciplined men — something meant to enrich your life, not compete with it.
Do I have to commit to all 9 months, or can I just check it out?
Come see it for yourself. We know travel, sickness, work, and family responsibilities may keep you from making every session — that’s expected. Materials from every meeting are made available afterward, and recaps are sent out too, so you’re never far behind.
What actually happens at a gathering?
Each meeting opens with the group praying a decade of the rosary, followed by a 5–10 minute kickoff talk, 30 minutes of discussion, and a challenge issued for the coming month. Between meetings, we send out four short 15-minute podcast episodes that build on that month’s topic.
Who is this for? Do I need to be married, single, or a certain age?
Our focus is men ages 21–35 — single, engaged, or married — who have a role to play as the spiritual leader of their families. That said, we’re striving to build a community across different stages of life, and older men with young children are welcome to join too.
What is a “Rule of Life”?
Inspired by monastic communities, a Rule of Life is a way of structuring your days, weeks, and months around a regimen of prayer, intellectual formation, and spiritual growth. Unlike a short-term challenge, it isn’t meant to end — over these nine months, we’ll build on it progressively so that by the end, your life looks different.
Do I need to already be “churchy” or deeply devout to fit in?
Not at all. Your current level of piety or devotion isn’t what matters — what we’re looking for is a genuine desire to grow. If you can commit to meeting monthly, listening to a few short podcasts, and earnestly trying to better yourself, you’re a good fit.
What’s the cost?
Free. Plan on about two hours a month.
What does the virtual kickoff involve — do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing to prepare. We’ll schedule the virtual kickoff about a week in advance, so keep an eye out for the date and time.
Show up. That’s the first step.
No sign-up required to visit — just come to the next monthly gathering. If you want to be added to the email list or have questions, reach out below.
